Engineering teams that
ship, not just estimate.
Infonova Labs designs, builds and runs software for growing companies — web platforms, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure and data products. Small senior teams, two-week release cycles, and code you own from the first commit.
Trusted by teams in
Small by design.
Senior by default.
Infonova Labs started in March 2024 with four engineers, one client, and a simple conviction: most software projects fail on communication long before they fail on code. We kept the engineering bar high and made the process boring on purpose — weekly demos, a shared board, and a working build at the end of every sprint.
Two years on we are a team of 32 across engineering, design, QA and DevOps, working with 20+ companies from early-stage startups to established manufacturers. We have never taken on more work than we could staff with senior people, and it shows in the retention numbers.
How we got here
Five practices, one delivery team
Most clients start with one of these and grow into two or three. The same team stays with you across them, so nothing gets lost in a handover.
Web platforms built to be extended
From a first MVP to a platform serving thousands of daily users. We start with the workflow, not the framework — then build something your own team can pick up and keep going with.
- Customer-facing portals and marketplaces
- Internal tools, admin panels and dashboards
- API design, third-party and payment integrations
- Legacy modernisation and framework upgrades
- UI/UX design, design systems and accessibility
Apps people keep on the home screen
Native where it matters, cross-platform where it saves you money. We handle the whole path — design, build, store submission, crash monitoring and the release train after that.
- iOS and Android apps in React Native or Flutter
- Native Swift / Kotlin modules where performance demands it
- Offline-first sync, push notifications, deep links
- App Store and Play Store submission and review handling
- Crash reporting, analytics and staged rollouts
Infrastructure that stops paging you
We move workloads to the cloud, put them behind a pipeline, and leave you with runbooks your team actually uses. Everything is defined in code — no click-ops, no undocumented servers.
- AWS, Azure and GCP migrations with rollback plans
- CI/CD pipelines, blue-green and canary releases
- Kubernetes, containerisation and autoscaling
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Observability, alerting and cloud cost reduction
Reporting you can trust, AI that earns its keep
We consolidate the spreadsheets and half-broken exports into one warehouse, then put a decent dashboard on top. Where a language model genuinely helps, we ship it with evaluations and guardrails — not a demo.
- Data warehouses, ETL pipelines and reconciliation
- Executive and operational BI dashboards
- Document extraction and classification workflows
- RAG assistants over your internal knowledge base
- Forecasting and anomaly detection models
Someone awake when production isn't
Automated regression suites, a real on-call rota and a monthly report on what broke and what we did about it. Most clients move onto a support retainer within a month of go-live.
- Automated regression, API and end-to-end test suites
- Performance, load and security testing
- Defined SLAs with 24×7 or business-hours cover
- Patching, dependency upgrades and version currency
- Monthly incident and roadmap review with your team
A process with no surprises in it
You always know what is being built this fortnight, what it costs, and what is coming next. That is the whole trick.
Discover
A paid two-week discovery: we map the workflow, interview your users, audit any existing system and write down what success looks like in numbers.
Design & plan
Clickable prototypes, a technical architecture, and a sprint-by-sprint plan with a fixed price or a fixed team size. You approve it before anyone writes code.
Build in sprints
Two-week sprints, code review on every change, and a working build in your staging environment at the end of each one. Weekly demo, Friday written update.
Ship & support
Launch with a rollback plan, hand over documentation and runbooks, then move to a support retainer or train your in-house team to take it over.
Selected projects from the last two years
Client names are withheld under NDA. Happy to walk you through any of these in detail on a call, references included.
Shipment tracking portal for a regional 3PL
Replaced a spreadsheet-and-phone-calls dispatch process with a live tracking portal for 400 drivers and 60 corporate customers, including a customer-facing status page.
Digital lending app with in-app KYC
End-to-end loan origination app — application, document capture, KYC verification, underwriting hand-off and repayment tracking, built to the lender's compliance checklist.
Unified sales warehouse for a D2C brand
Consolidated marketplace, website and offline sales into one warehouse with daily reconciliation, replacing a month-end reporting scramble across nine spreadsheets.
On-prem to AWS migration, zero downtime
Moved a 12-year-old ERP and its integrations off ageing on-premise hardware to AWS, containerised the application tier and put the whole estate behind Terraform and CI/CD.
Assessment platform rebuilt for scale
Re-architected a live-exam platform that buckled above 2,000 concurrent students. Rewrote the session layer, added queue-based grading and load-tested to five times peak.
Document assistant over 40k property files
A retrieval assistant that answers questions across two decades of agreements, approvals and title documents, with citations back to the source page and an audit log of every query.
Domains we already know our way around
We do not pretend to know every industry. These are the six where we have shipped enough to be useful in the first meeting.
Fintech & Lending
Loan origination, KYC flows, payment reconciliation and audit-ready reporting — built with the compliance constraints in the room from day one.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Dispatch and fleet portals, driver apps, warehouse and inventory tooling, and live tracking your customers can check themselves.
Retail & D2C
Storefronts, order management, marketplace integrations and the analytics layer that finally makes the numbers agree with each other.
EdTech & Training
Learning platforms, assessment engines and proctoring workflows built to survive a nationwide exam window without falling over.
Manufacturing
ERP extensions and integrations, shop-floor data capture, production dashboards, and moving decade-old systems off dying hardware.
SaaS & Startups
MVPs that reach real users in weeks, then the unglamorous work — multi-tenancy, billing, SSO — that makes them sellable to bigger customers.
Boring tools, used well
We pick technology you can hire for and we can support in three years — not whatever launched last month.

Three ways to work with us
Pick the one that matches how settled your scope is. Most clients start fixed-scope and move to a dedicated team once the roadmap grows.
Fixed-scope project
A defined deliverable, a fixed price and milestone billing. You know the number before we start, and change requests are priced in writing.
- Written scope and acceptance criteria
- Milestone-based invoicing
- Fortnightly demos throughout
- 60-day post-launch warranty
Dedicated team
A named squad — engineers, QA, a lead and part-time design — working only on your product, billed monthly per person. You set the priorities each sprint.
- Named engineers, no silent substitutions
- Minimum four-hour overlap with your day
- Scale the team up or down monthly
- Direct access to the team, not a middle layer
Managed support
We take on an existing system — ours or someone else's — keep it running, fix what breaks and ship small improvements against a monthly retainer.
- Defined SLA, 24×7 or business hours
- Two-week audit before we take over
- Security patching and dependency upkeep
- Monthly incident and roadmap review
What clients say after go-live
Quotes shared with permission. Company names withheld where an NDA applies — full references available on request.
"We had been quoted six months by two other firms. Infonova scoped it down to a nine-week first release, shipped it, and we were tracking real shipments before the other proposals had even been signed."
"The Friday written update is the thing I did not know I needed. In two years I have never had to ask where a project stands. Their lead engineer pushes back when we ask for something silly, which I have come to appreciate."
"They migrated a twelve-year-old ERP over a weekend with no downtime, then spent the next month teaching our two internal developers to run it. That handover is the reason we brought them back for the next project."
Questions we get on the first call
Custom web platforms, mobile apps, internal tools, API and integration layers, cloud migrations, and data and AI features. Engagements run from a four-week MVP to a multi-quarter roadmap with a dedicated team. If a request falls outside what we do well, we will say so and point you elsewhere.
Most engagements start within 10 to 15 working days of sign-off. Discovery can begin sooner. Before the contract is signed we share a shortlist of matched engineers with their profiles and availability, so you know exactly who you are getting.
You do. Source code, infrastructure definitions, design files and documentation are assigned to you in the contract, and they live in your repositories and your cloud accounts from the first commit. There is no proprietary framework to buy your way out of.
Yes — around half our work is on systems someone else built. We start with a two-week audit covering architecture, security, test coverage and dependency risk, then propose a sequence of changes with the trade-offs written down. Nothing gets rewritten because we would have done it differently.
Fixed-scope projects are billed against milestones at a price agreed up front. Dedicated teams are billed monthly per engineer with 30 days' notice to change the team size. Any change to a fixed scope is estimated and approved in writing before work starts — no surprise line items at the end.
Our engineering team sits in Noida, India. We work with clients across India, the US, UK, UAE and Singapore, and every team keeps at least a four-hour overlap with your working day. For US clients that usually means an early-afternoon India start.
Every project ships with documentation, runbooks and a handover session. From there you can move to a managed support retainer, keep a smaller dedicated team for the next phase, or take it fully in-house — we will train your developers either way. About 87% of clients choose to continue with us.
Tell us what you are
trying to build.
Send a short note and you will hear back within one business day. The first call is a 30-minute conversation with an engineer, not a sales pitch — you will leave it with a rough shape, timeline and budget range whether or not you work with us.
